Technical Meeting of the EBC Biochemistry group, held in Lisbon/P on 5/6 September 1994

Abstract

The 1994 Technical Meeting of the EBC Biochemistry Group was held in Lisbon on 5/6 September at the kind invitation of the Portuguese Brewing Industry Association. Members recorded their appreciation of the generous hospitality and perfect organisation provided by Mr. Americo Martins and Mr. Machado Cruz. The meeting was attended by about 40 delegates under the general chairmanship of Prof. C. A. Masschelein. The first day of the meeting was limited to the Biochemistry Group members and the second day was held in conjuction with the Microbiology Group.
